Tracy is the heart of organisational, marketing and administrative support within CGA, responsible in many ways for making sure that our customer experience is consistently excellent.

Tracy’s strengths are in organisation and making things happen. She has worked at executive level for over 20 years in a wide range of industries including chemical, advertising, recruitment and IT, and was part of the flotation team at Berkeley Scott in 2004.

At CGA, she handles a varied portfolio of tasks, including the creation of marketing materials, diary management across all team members on various projects, event organisation, content management of external and internal websites, internal communications, and managing the office.
