Helen Sell Project/Relationship Management - Middle East
Helen’s marketing experience spans 20 years and she has held senior management roles in retail, real estate, government, education sectors in the UK and UAE. She has been based in Dubai for the past 9 years.
Helen implemented an “insight to action” program for one of the leading master plan developers in Dubai that delivered stakeholder insight as the foundation of customer centric marketing and communications strategy. She was an influential contributor to the organization’s Sustainability Action plan including segmentation, corporate brand evaluation and customer feedback research strategies.
Helen is an experienced and qualified customer service and management trainer, and has developed and delivered customer relations, motivation and communication skills training programs for major retail franchise operations within the UAE including Ikea, Marks & Spencer and Hertz and for the UK Foreign & Commonwealth Office MENA region British Embassies. In these organizations, she undertook root cause analysis working with senior executives and frontline staff to understand cultural,technology and process barriers to achieving customer service excellence.
