Graham Ryan

Graham has led, built and created significant brands in senior leadership roles on a local, regional and global level, both in FMCG and consumer durables as well as in the B2B domain.

He has worked internationally for large corporations such as SC Johnson, pioneering roles in European and then Global brand management, followed by the Bosch group where he created a hugely profitable new brand in power tools for the group across Europe. He then moved into the B2B domain, as executive director for British acoustic technology specialist, NXT plc, where the re-engineering of the customer experience and commercial model resulted in substantial improvement in customer engagement and time to revenue.

Broad international experience of different business models and cultures have provided the stimulation for deep insight into the sustainability of brand differentiation, and Graham is a long term practitioner of aligning brand values to employee engagement on a global stage
to deliver superior customer experience and dramatically improve business results.

Graham began to exploit this expertise two years ago by focusing on employee and customer advocacy, and has led significant change programmes as a consultant for clients such as Mazda in automobile, Fat Face in retailing, and the Ambrosia brand in foods.
