Nicky is an experienced copywriter, creative director and brand strategist, specialising in ‘brand direct’ work – marketing communications that not only drive a direct and measurable response, but also build brand awareness and loyalty amongst customers, driving maximum ROI for clients from their marketing spend.
Areas of expertise include developing customer-friendly brand guidelines; creating response-driven advertising campaigns from concept to delivery; effective online campaigns, including emails, websites, banner ads, and microsites; and creating powerful internal communications campaigns.
Nicky also creates end-to-end go to market strategies for start-ups and new divisions of companies, including everything from naming products and services, to developing their brand properties and creating and executing the marketing collateral.
