Martin Williams Multi-Channel Marketing
Martin’s primary role at CGA is to help new clients discover the business. He is a passionate champion of the customer perspective and an experienced judge of call centres.
Martin has nearly 30 years’ experience in brand marketing, advertising, direct marketing and CRM gained in top London advertising and marketing agencies, including Masius, TBWA and EHS Brann.
Martin has practical experience of delivering fully integrated customer acquisition and customer retention programmes through data driven marketing, the retail environment, web and contact centres for companies like Peugeot, Guinness, Nissan and Matthew Clark.
Martin was a co-founder of The Listening Company and spent seven years building it into one of the UK’s leading outsourced contact centre practitioners providing inbound and outbound services to a range of household names including Sky, Volkswagen, Microsoft, Rank, Barclays, O2, MBNA and Oxfam.
Over the years Martin has worked in most business sectors but he has particular experience in automotive, tourism and leisure, drinks, FMCG, financial services, charity and B2B marketing.
