Allison Savage
Process Management


Allison combines strategic and operational planning skills with HR expertise, and ensures the effective delivery of the CGA service proposition through the management and reporting of business performance, project resourcing and initiation, and review processes.

Allison has extensive experience in recruitment and selection, training and coaching, and marketing.
She spent 16 years in the army, where she developed her organisational and analytical abilities over a series of projects that included development and maintenance of financial management processes, the development and implementation of the army’s national marketing campaign and re-engineering their recruitment organisation and branding.

Allison was also responsible for developing and implementing training and coaching programmes that led to significant reduction in training wastage rates.
