Jill Arch
CRM & Data Strategy


Jill provides direct marketing and multi-channel retail consultancy services to CGA’s clients.

During her early career at Kaleidoscope, Jill was an early pioneer of CRM, developing one of the first customer Lifetime Value models and behavioural scoring. Jill then joined Damart as Sales and Marketing Director for the UK and the USA. In addition, she worked extensively throughout mainland Europe, heading up the group’s International Marketing & Product Development Steering Groups.

From there Jill moved to Kingfisher, initially as CEO to eWoolworths and then Vice President of eKingfisher with responsibilities for multi-channel marketing and new business development.

In 2003 Jill formed her own multi-channel retail consultancy and works with retailers and service providers in the UK and North America, focusing on direct and database marketing, customer relationship management and business strategy.

She has worked as a CGA associate on a number of high impact interventions, and is currently engaged on a strategic transportation CRM programme for National Express.
