David Holmes
Leadership Development

David is a highly accomplished business mentor and co-founder of the Transformational Leadership Group.

David is an accredited practitioner of the Transformational Leadership Questionnaire™ (a 360° multi-rater assessment tool), Meyers-Briggs Type Indicator™ (MBTI), and other acknowledged psychometric assessment tools.

Prior to founding the Transformational Leadership Group, David held many senior directorships, mostly in the publishing and media sector. He was a board director of Dorling Kindersley, where he focused on international marketing and brand management.

After that, he was appointed CEO of International Masters Publishers Ltd, the world’s largest direct marketing publisher, with offices in 27 countries specialising in ‘continuity’ publishing. He was also retained by Dame Anita Roddick, founder of the Body Shop, as a business advisor.
