Kaaren’s work with our corporate clients focuses on clarifying goals; improving leadership, interpersonal relationships and communication skills; and overcoming obstacles that hinder peak performance.

Kaaren founded her own business, LetsGrow, in 1990 and has over 20 years’ experience in corporate training and coaching. The success of her coaching methods is evident: a 70% reduction in evening and weekend work by the senior finance managers of a major global research company, and a 66% reduction in the ‘to do’ list of a board member of a major marketing company through the development of a more strategic mindset and better prioritisation and delegation.

She is a Neuro Linguistic Programming (NLP) practitioner, a certified NLP coach, and a qualified Saville and Holdsworth psychometric assessor. Before founding LetsGrow, Kaaren was Global Management Development Manager at Trusthouse Forte Hotels, and played a major role in its growth to the world’s largest hotel group.

Her most recent assignment with CGA has been a strategic transformation in the rail transportation sector.
