Amber Nicholls
Retail Marketing


Amber brings a wealth of senior-level retail and brand experience to CGA, enabling her to develop insightful customer-led propositions across a variety of industry sectors.

Amber is a specialist retail marketer with over 16 years’ operating experience at three of the UK’s leading high street retailers.

Her early career at Boots covered a variety of buying and category management roles. In 2000, Amber moved to Marks & Spencer as Head of Selling & Marketing, Beauty. She recreated the M&S Beauty proposition and customer experience, starting with a strategic vision and concluding with the design and implementation of more than 100 new beauty shops over two years. In 2003, Amber joined Sainsbury’s as Head of Health, Beauty & Baby, where she led all of the category’s trading activity to drive increased sales and profit.

As an Associate at CGA, Amber is currently working on insight programmes in the telecoms and retail healthcare sectors.
